The holiday season is upon us! Fitness & nutrition coach, Yan, is accepting personal training clients throughout December, so if you're looking to stay active and have a fantastically fit end of the year, get in touch! 

New and expectant mamas: Anna will be resuming private training sessions and pre- and post-natal classes during the first week of 2017 to start your New Year off with a strong core and energized body. 

And finally, Aimee is officially on leave from coaching as she awaits welcoming her baby boy into the world in January!

A strong and active core in pregnancy can reduce Diastasis Recti, improve one's labor and delivery experience, and prevent risk of injury down the road. Classes are kept intimate to ensure that individual attention is given to each student.
