The Lifting the Weight Program© is an eight week course that teaches women all the basics of strength training, as well as nutrition and self-care components associated with a strength & conditioning regimen.

This program was created for every woman who has ever walked into a gym and said to themselves, “what the heck am I supposed to do now?”
