Tangram's fitness experts provide customized exercise sessions in the privacy and comfort of your own surroundings as well as giving you the option to train at a fully-equipped gym facility located in the heart of Singapore. Training plans and nutrition guidance are tailored to your individual requirements and goals. To ensure a safe, engaging and powerful approach, a complimentary medical screening along with an assessment is given prior to commencing personal training. Our fitness experts are also trained and certified in performance-based nutrition, and can provide general nutrition guidance to assist you in your goals.

If you'd prefer to exercise with a small group of friends or colleagues, our group workouts are designed specifically with the "team" in mind to increase your metabolic rate, strengthen the body, and give your energy level a boost. Group sessions accommodate a team of 2-6 people. 
 

Our Personalized Fitness Packages Include:

  • One-on-one Personal Training packages of 10 or 20 sessions at a location of your choice, including a complimentary assessment and monthly progress check-ins. This includes general nutrition guidance.
     
  • Small Group Training for those who prefer exercising in an intimate and supportive group.
     
  • Our popular Healthy Weight Management package, which includes: 
    - Three lifestyle and nutritional consultations (Weeks 1, 5 & 10)
    - Three exercise and dietary assessments (Weeks 1, 5 & 10)
    - Twenty one-on-one PT sessions (2 sessions weekly)
    - Weekly dietary and exercise support
     
  • Rev Up, a ten week package for women on the path of healing or recovery, which includes: 
    - Three lifestyle and nutritional consultations (Weeks 1, 5, & 10)
    - Five Health or Recovery Coaching Sessions (Every other week with Aimee)
    - Twenty one-on-one PT sessions (2 sessions weekly)
    - Buddy participation in an athletic event or race (Optional)
